Delivery & Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped with tracking via PostNord.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Sweden: 1–3 business days.
    • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

 

In accordance with Swedish and EU distance selling regulations (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at studio@irida.se or via WhatsApp at +46 10 808 57 97 before sending back your item. Kindly include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you are entitled to a 3-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund.
