Prices & Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are shown inclusive of 25% Swedish VAT (moms).
- Shipping costs and optional delivery fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partners (e.g., Klarna, Stripe, Credit Card).
Orders & Order Confirmation
When you complete an order, an automated order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. This confirmation serves as proof that your order has been received. We reserve the right to decline or adjust orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with Swedish and EU distance selling laws (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items.
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +46 10 808 57 97 or email studio@irida.se with your order number and reason for return before shipping the package back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Warranty & Complaints
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have a 3-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number so we can arrange a free repair, replacement, or full refund.

We strive to display our jewelry pieces as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings and display configuration.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with our customer care team, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN - Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden). European consumers may also lodge claims via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
